Not afraid to go on a little adventure? The Benahavis River Walk might be just the thing for you! Only 15 minutes away from Marbella you will find the beautiful Guadalmina river. The part of the river that goes through Benahavis has been very popular because of its perfect hike and swim trail. With slopes, caves, deep waters, cliffs, and loose stones, the course is certainly challenging. However, the unbelievable beauty of the area will make it all worth it.

2. VISIT THE NUEVA ANDALUCIA ARTISAN MARKET
The Nueva Andalucia Artisan Market is one of the largest markets on the Costa del Sol. It takes place every Saturday morning next to the bullring of Puerto Banús. You can find almost everything on the market, from sunglasses and bags to interior decor and paintings. All for low prices. The market is a great place to wander around and after your shopping spree you can relax at one of the café bars surrounding the market.
3. GO PLAY GOLF
Marbella has been one of the most popular golf destinations for many years. Many people even consider Marbella to be the golfing capital. Here you will find many top-class golf courses with programmes to suit all levels of play. Some of the courses even have incredible views over the Mediterranean sea. In Marbella you will have a great time playing golf. So give it a try!
4. CYCLE DOWN THE BOULEVARD
The long Marbella Boulevard is not only a great place to stroll, it is also perfect for cycling. Cycle all the way to Puerto Banús and back, while enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean sea right next to you. On the way you will pass many nice beach bars and restaurants.
It takes about one and a half hour to complete this route.

La Cañada is the largest shopping centre in Marbella. With over 150 shops of all kinds, a huge supermarket, restaurants, and even a cinema, La Cañada makes shopping a pleasant experience for everyone.
